The Login Screen
Enter your master password, then press Login.
If you have forgotten your master password, you can use the Forgot Your Password? button. But only if you have configured a secret question and answer during before. Then, you will be asked your secret question. Supply the correct answer and your current master password will be shown.
Also note that the login screen is disabled if encryption is not
enabled.
Please note: If you have not configured a secret question, the "Forgot your Password?" button can not be pressed. In this case, recovery of the master password is not possible.

The Main Screen
All your passwords are grouped in a tree view. Expand the top level elements to view the individual entries. Click a single entry to see it's property page.
To create new entries, select New from the menu bar and then select the entry type.
The new menu is automatically generated from all available categories during
startup.
To view or modify existing entries, click on the respective entry in the tree
view and a popup menu will appear in the middle of the screen (only if Open Menu with OneClick
is enabled).
To delete the current entry, select Delete from the
Popupmenu.
To sort an group of Entries (category), simply click the group buttons on the toolbar.
Since Version 2.0, PocketPasswords is no longer limited to 3 types of categories. By default, there are Websites, Cards, Software keys and Custom categories.
There is currently no category editor available, this will be added in the next
version. However here

The Entry View
In this screen, you can view and edit all information for the selected entry. Use the menu bar options or buttons to transfer data to and from the clipboard.
An entry can have the following types of fields:
Char: A simply textfield which can hold up to 255 characters
Number: A textfield that can contain a specified length of numbers.
It also allows spaces and - characters.
Pass: A normal textfield except that it hides it's content which can be shown by pressing the Show button.
Text: This is a textbox which can display more then 1 line and also contains a scrollbar.
Url: This field holds an URL and shows a GO button beside it. Using this GO Button, you can directly browse using Pocket Internet Explorer to the given URL.
Every entry contains two generic fields:
Name: The name of the entry that is currently viewed/edited, can be up to
255 characters long.
Description: A long textfield which can save up to 32 KB of text
data.

Options
Use this screen to configure your preferences. Also, use it to activate your product after you have purchased
it by entering the license name and license key you have received by
email. Session Timeout: If encryption is enabled, this will be
the session timeout before PocketPasswords automatically logs you off.
Show PIN/Password in detail Screens checkbox enables clear-text displays of PINs and passwords in the respective web site and card number screens. If it is checked, they will be displayed in clear text, otherwise asterisks will be shown.
Open Menu with OneClick: Enable this option to directly become a
contextmenu if you click an entry in the main view.
Enable Enrcyption: Since Version 2.0 of PocketPasswords, the encryption can be turned ON and OFF. If you turn it off, the login will be jump over and your data will be of course not encrypted anymore.

Changing your Password
Change your master password as well as the secret question and answer in this screen.
For security reasons, a new password can only be set if the current password is known. Also, the current secret question answer is never shown.
Please note: If you have not selected a secret question, recovery of the master password is not possible.
